Recital Makeup & Hair Instructions
We have created some video tutorials to help prepare your dancer for their recital performance.

HAIR
Center Part Low Bun (secured with bobby pins and a hair net). Be sure to use gel or moose to help create a clean slick look.

MAKEUP
All dancers should wear foundation, blush, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick (lip liner-optional). The lights are very bright on the stage and the make up helps them to stand out. Fake eyelashes are OPTIONAL.

For our younger dancers - eyeliner and mascara are also optional.

Important Items to pack for dress rehearsal and show day:  Hair spray, bobby pins, safety pins.  Water and snacks can be enjoyed in the dressing room areas. No food is allowed in the actual theater.

On show day, plan to arrive 30 min prior to showtime.  Younger dancers can use the classrooms at the back of the theater to change into your costumes.  If you wear your costume, please be sure to cover it with a button down shirt.

Our annual End Of Year Performances are comprised of classical musical productions, as well as a mixture of popular music.  Students work hard to perfect their dances and bring to life classical musicals.

Our End Of Year Performances give our students the chance to showcase their hard work, dedication and improvement throughout the year.  We ask for everyone's cooperation and patience in making the June Performances a success by providing a positive environment for dancers and viewers alike.
